Software Refund Policy
If our software fails to work properly for you
and we cannot solve your technical challenges during
the 30 days following your purchase, we will refund 100%
of your purchase price if you decide to discontinue
Our Software products are distributed under
try-before-you-buy agreement. We provide basic technical
support and demo / trial periods for our software for your
convenience to evaluate our products. Our products are
always available for download on our site.
Please use the trial / demo versions prior to purchase and make
sure that it does everything you need. If you have questions while you evaluate the software,

We require that you try resolving the problem with our
support staff. If you have a support question, please
use our FAQ for answers or submit a
support email. Our
support staff is quick and will either answer your
e-mail the same day or next business day.
If we cannot solve your problem,
we would be happy to refund your order.
Our support staff will provide you with a link to
the refund request form in this case.
Resellers and retails
If you purchased one of our software products
through a retail outlet, consultant or reseller, please
contact the seller to determine their return policy.
If you have made errors entering your personal
information on the order form, please do not reorder the
product again. In case of order duplicate, please
contact our Customer Support.

order our product by mistake, there will be no refunds

cleared, an email will be sent to you with the
registration key to unlock the software. This
information should be emailed to you in 15 minutes after
purchase. If you didn't receive the registration message
from us within 12 hours, it usually means that the
e-mail message that we sent to you was lost because of
some technical problems with one of the mail relay
servers, or could not be delivered to your mailbox.
Also, quite frequently the problem is with misconfigured
SPAM filters; whenever they detect words like "buy" or
"order" in the message body or subject, they block it.
